If you have questions or concerns about your care, the patient relations specialist is available to help you better understand the healthcare environment, resolve problems, and provide information. You can contact a patient relations specialist by calling (213) 977-2299 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After business hours, or on weekends and holidays, please contact the nursing supervisor at (213) 618-7016.
