To obtain a certified copy of your baby's birth certificate

Notice to all new parents: In order to obtain a certified copy of your baby's birth certificate, please call one of the following offices at least 90 days after your baby's birth for information (There is an $18 fee for each copy of the Birth Certificate you order.):
