Acute Myocardial Intervention (AMI) Transport Program

Good Samaritan offers one of the most sophisticated transport programs available to ensure that critically ill heart patients in need of immediate cardiac surgery or other interventions can be brought safely to the hospital. The AMI Transport Program operates two high-tech, coronary intensive-care ambulances, a helicopter and a fixed wing aircraft. Over 12,000 patients have been safely transported and received the care they needed thanks to this program.
