Acute Myocardial Intervention (AMI) Transport Program

Good Samaritan offers one of the most sophisticated transport programs available to ensure that critically-ill heart patients in need of immediate cardiac surgery or other interventions can be brought safely to the hospital. The AMI Transport Program operates two high-tech, coronary intensive-care ambulances, a helicopter and a fixed wing aircraft. Over 12,000 patients have been safely transported and received the care they needed thanks to this program.
