Temporary Visiting Hours

We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards and have ample space within the hospital to provide safe social distancing among our guests.

All patients and visitors will be screened (not tested) for COVID-19, and be required to wear a simple mask before allowed entrance. Your patience is appreciated.

Please note the temporary adjustments to our visiting guidelines:

General Hospital Visiting
Visiting hours: 8 am-12 pm
Two visitors per patient, per day
Exceptions will be made for visitors accompanying patients for surgery or procedures arriving prior to 8 am

Closed COVID-19 Units or Individual COVID-19 Patient Rooms
No visitors with exception of special circumstances

Critical Care Units (CVICU and ICU Pod A)
Visiting hours: 8 am-12 pm
Two visitors per patient, per day
Visitors must check in with Main Lobby, security/receptionist will verify if patient is able to receive visitors

Labor and Delivery and Maternal Newborn departments
Two visitors per patient, per day
One coach/visitor may remain overnight, and is limited from coming and going from the department

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Parents with the ID band will be allowed one at a time

Acute Rehabilitation Center (ARU)
Visiting hours: 8 am - 12 pm
Two visitors per patient, per day
Visitors must check in with Main Lobby, Security/Receptionist will verify if patient is able to receive visitors

Emergency Department (ED)
One visitor per patient to remain in patient room

Outpatient Services
One visitor per minor patient or inpatients needing physical, mental or language assistance in the following areas:

  • Breast Health Center
  • Cardiac Rehab
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Outpatient Imaging
  • Physical Therapy
  • Radiation Oncology
  • Speech Therapy
  • Wound care Center

Only those visitors accompanying patients or having other patient –related business will be granted access to facility. All visitors must be 16 years of age or older. Visitors who do not have patient related business to conduct within the facility will not be granted access.
