Because We Care for Your Baby as Our Own
Established in 1989,
The Davajan-Cabal Center for Perinatal Medicine, affiliated with the USC School of Medicine, is one of Good Samaritan
Hospitals Centers of Excellence. It is dedicated to providing mothers
and babies with outstanding, comprehensive maternity services.
In the past 30 years more than 100,000 babies have been born in the Center,
making it one of the busiest labor and delivery departments in the Los
Angeles area. The Center was proud to welcome approximately 4,300 babies
into the world in 2018 – each baby uniquely precious and deserving the best.
Providing the best in perinatal care is our goal. The hospital’s
Mother and Baby Care Campaign will improve patient care and services for
pregnant women and our smallest, most fragile patients by raising funds
that support capital improvements in the unit including the purchase of
state-of-the-art equipment. Click here to read about how campaign funds
are impacting the perinatal center.
Your support is an investment
in the young lives that will shape the future of our communities.
From birth, to illness, to life-threatening emergency, Good Samaritan has
been here for its communities since 1885. Caring community partners have
been here for Good Samaritan, as well … standing beside it, working
with it to provide world-class health care close to home. Together, the
hospital and its communities continue to build for the future.
